Costa Mesa Restaurant Week is coming this upcoming weekend! It will start on August 16th and go through August 23rd. During restaurant week, over 30 restaurants in the city of Costa Mesa will participate in offering prix fixe menus or discounts off of regular prices. Restaurants participating will be offering up to 40% off of regular prices for restaurant week! This event is being put together by Travel Costa Mesa.
There will be a kick off party on August 15th at Noguchi Garden catered by Mastro’s Steakhouse, Charlie Palmer, and Pizzeria Ortica. This event will have local VIP’s & dignitaries and a silent auction will be held with 100% of proceeds will be benefiting the Someone Cares Soup Kitchen in Costa Mesa. Last year $17,000 dollars were raised, so they hope to be just as successful, if not even more successful this upcoming year.:)
For a full list of restaurants participating this year along with menus of what will be offered, go to the link here: Costa Mesa Restaurant Week.
Among the restaurants attending, there are three I have reviewed on my blog in the past. They are Antonello Ristorante , Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant & Bar Part 1, Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant And Bar Part 2, Sidecar Doughnuts & Pinot Provence
Among the list of restaurants I have visited several and loved what they had to offer. Some of these places include: Antonello Ristorante, Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant & Bar, Sidecar Doughnuts, Pinot Provence, Pizzeria Ortica, Gypsy Den at the Lab, Memphis, The Capital Grille, La cave, Greenleaf, Marrakesh, Blackmarket Bakery & Daphne’s California Greek. These places listed, I thoroughly enjoyed! I look forward to trying some restaurants on the list I have never tried before!
Try and make reservations for Costa Mesa Restaurant Week to assure you will be able to get a table. There are so many fabulous dining options and tables will fill quickly. Many of the restaurants have both lunch and dinner options, but some only have a dinner option. Full list of restaurants participating in Costa Mesa Restaurant Week once again can be found here: List of Restaurants for Costa Mesa Restaurant Week.
